  1. FORMSCGA by Yanick Dufresne is a set of three Calamus SL forms for
  2. business use (dated July 4, 1994).  The first (CLIENT) is a form to
  3. record all relevant info about a particular client.  PROJECT is for
  4. keeping trace of jobs while in production and after.  It's designed so
  5. you can place it upright in a hanging file and the header info will
  6. still be visible which is nice for filing purposes.  QUOTE is a
  7. quotation form.  They use the standard Triumvirate and CG Times fonts.
